Deloitte had a patchwork of systems that constituted its PMS, some more than 15 years old. Although heavily tailored, they were difficult to use and it was labour-intensive to get useful analytical information from them. Last year, Deloitte’s UK practice embarked upon updating the firm’s PMS. The updated system was intended take advantage of new technology, enable remote access to the PMS, improve the quality and accessibility of information and provide a modern platform to keep pace with and support the growth of the firm.
