This week’s target is Simon Shooter, a partner in Barlow Lyde & Gilbert’s commercial and technology team.

Hmmm, small, and although apparently precise, closer inspection reveals a little jiggery pokery in the form of one letter drifting into another. Here we have someone with a real penchant for detail who, nevertheless, can abbreviate and/or delegate according to time and resource constraints. This is somewhat unusual as those with a leaning towards detail and accuracy are usually somewhat anti-delegation and abbreviation and vice versa. What I am struggling to describe here is that this writer shows all the signs of whole brained thinking; which means that if he cannot solve a problem logically he is able to switch to his intuition side or maybe even a combination of both. However, regardless of which he chooses, his tenacity [mirrored by his rather intriguing letter connections] means you can guarantee he will leave no stone unturned in order to reach a desired goal. At times he may labour to prove a very precise point!
