Iberian M&A leader Uria & Menendez has bagged the lead role on the largest Spanish IPO of the year, advising transport company Cintra Concesiones de Infraestructuras de Transporte on its €1.5bn (£1.04bn) listing.

The deal, which attracted a raft of international advisers, saw Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) offer 186 million shares in the international toll road management company, which runs highways in countries such as Ireland and Chile.
