HSBC's Lee seals Debevoise move

HSBC’s former US general counsel, Paul Lee, who quit the UK banking giant earlier this year, has resurfaced at Debevoise & Plimpton to head the firm’s banking practice.

Lee joins the 600-lawyer New York firm as a partner in its financial institutions group and will be responsible for Debevoise’s banking practice.
