Deutsche Telekom has bought the remaining share capital of its subsidiary T-Online – the telecoms company’s broadband internet arm – handing major roles to leading German firms Hengeler Mueller and Gleiss Lutz.

Hengeler is advising Deutsche Telekom on the €3bn (£2.1bn) sale, with Gleiss Lutz acting for T-Online, in a deal which hands the German telecoms giant complete control of the partly-owned subsidiary.
