Arcon splinter groups form new firms

Two of the three factions of disintegrating German independent Arcon have finalised their split, relaunching as Heisse Kursawe and Sibeth.

The 96-lawyer Arcon, which is to officially split from 1 January, 2005, has been sliced into three parts with the Berlin, Duesseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Cologne offices forming a general commercial practice.
