Nabarro Nathanson, Macfarlanes and Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom are advising on the proposed construction of the largest casino ever to be built in the UK, run by Las Vegas legend Caesars Palace.
The casino has entered into a 50/50 joint venture with developer Quintain Estates to build a casino, a 400-room hotel and spa with shopping and conference facilities on a 58-acre site next to the national stadium in Wembley. The development will be called ‘Caesars Wembley’. The build costs are expected to be around £320m.
