Almost half of City lawyers are unconvinced that the leadership at top UK law firms is up to scratch, according to the findings of a new poll.

The latest Legal Week/ EJ Legal Big Question survey of more than 100 leading commercial lawyers found that 41% of respondents rated the leadership of top UK law firms as either ‘average’ or ‘poor’. Fifty-four percent rated leadership was ‘good’ and just 5% as ‘excellent’.
