Orrick branches into South Korea

Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe has bolstered its Tokyo arm with the hire of finance partner Eugene Chang to launch a South Korean practice.

Chang joined the 700-lawyer US firm’s joint venture practice, Orrick Tokyo Law Offices, from South Korea practice Woo Yun Kang Jeong & Han this month.
