DLA’s ambitious dual US merger is moving a step closer today (18 October) as Piper Rudnick and Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich partners vote on their domestic merger in a deal which promises to create a 1,350-lawyer bi-coastal US giant

Legal Week can reveal that partners at the two firms are presently casting their votes on the deal, which comes a month ahead of an expected vote by DLA on a tie-up with the combined US practice.
