Beiten Burkhardt is poised to make a decision about its preferred UK alliance partner as the German independent continues talks with Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) and Eversheds.
The 230-lawyer firm, one of the few remaining major independents in the German legal market, has been in talks with BLP since the summer, after formally splitting from the fracturing KPMG law alliance earlier this year.
