DLA faces having to wait until next summer to welcome the top names from its recently secured 11-partner media haul as it emerges that Denton Wilde Sapte is expecting the partners to continue working during a lengthy notice period.
As Legal Week went to press, the two firms were in talks over exit terms for the team but Dentons insiders have indicated the firm intends to hold the seven departing senior equity partners to work out a nine-month notice period, with the four junior equity partners in line for a six-month stint.
