City law firm Travers Smith Braithwaite is upgrading its back-office systems and will become the first of the UK’s top 100 law firms to install the Lawman 2000 practice management system, from Timeslice.

The new system, which will be rolled out to 366 users, will replace a 12-year-old UNIX-based legal accounts package, also from Timeslice, which was becoming difficult to integrate with the firm’s newer front-office software systems such as Hummingbird and InterAction.
