Macfarlanes, Allen & Overy (A&O) and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer have acted on the sale of Jacobs Biscuit Group to United Biscuits.
Jacobs, which owns the Jacobs Cream Crackers, Club Biscuits and Twiglets brands, was sold by the UK arm of French giant Danone to United for around £300m.
