OFT absolves NLIS database operator after investigating complaint, but launches study of UK's property search market

The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has exonerated the operator of the UK’s National Land Information Service (NLIS) database, following its investigation of a complaint brought by a company that sells NLIS-based information services to law firms.
Although the complaint was rejected, the OFT will launch a market study of the UK’s property search market.
