South of England firm Blake Lapthorn Linnell has hired two commercial solicitors for its Southampton office. Senior solicitor Kristian Grimes joins the company and commercial team after working as legal counsel and company secretary for EADS Astrium, while Michael Moore leaves Ashurst to become a solicitor in corporate.
The firm was formed last year from a merger of Blake Lapthorn and Oxford firm Linnells.
