Of all the ‘back-office’ functions for any business, getting the information technology right is critical. Francis Fitzherbert-Brockholes is the executive partner in charge of information technology at the London office of White & Case and a member of the executive committee charged with managing the office. He is also the partner responsible for facilities and human resources.

Fitzherbert-Brockholes has been performing these functions for a year and combines those responsibilities with his legal ‘day’ job as a capital markets partner. He says of his own experience with technology in his daily work: “IT is a critical resource for that practice area.”
