Norton Rose raids construction giant for Paris PPP specialist

Norton Rose has moved to take advantage of recent changes to French legislation with the hire of European legal director Philippe Mallea from construction giant Bouygues as a partner in the firm’s Paris arm.

Mallea begins his new role on 15 September and becomes the first partner-level specialist in public-private partnership (PPP) at the top 10 London firm’s French arm, heading a four-lawyer team.
