Anderson Mori set to seal Tokyo merger

Japan’s Anderson Mori is to merge with Tomotsune & Kimura in the latest round of consolidation among Tokyo’s leading law firms.

The 150-lawyer Anderson Mori is to take over the respected 30-lawyer capital markets specialist on 1 January, 2005, with the combined firm rebranding as Anderson Mori & Tomotsune.
