Walker Morris called in on £100m Rover parts buy-out

Walker Morris has just completed one of its largest deals this year advising regular client Caterpillar Logistics Services on its acquisition of car manufacturer MG Rover’s parts business for more than £100m.

The ‘big-six’ Leeds firm has been the main UK legal adviser to Cat Logistics, a wholly owned subsidiary of US-owned construction group Caterpillar, for the past six years, and counts the company as one of its key international clients.
