Nicholson Graham & Jones (NGJ) is set to win only two places on the merged management committee of US suitor Kirkpatrick & Lockhart, with the two prospective UK members currently touring the US as the merger vote date looms.
The proposed structure would see Kirkpatrick’s 15-member management committee extended to 17, with NGJ chairman Michael Johns and managing partner Tony Griffiths both coming on board.
