The Law Society has won its appeal for the second time against former vice president Kamlesh Bahl, despite the emergence of potentially embarrassing allegations about former Law Society president Robert Sayer.
The Court of Appeal upheld the findings of last year’s employment appeal tribunal (EAT) that former Law Society president Sayer and former secretary general Jane Betts did not racially or sexually discriminate against Bahl.
