Latham & Watkins is today (26 August) voting the appointment of highly-rated Ashurst partner Thomas Forschbach – as the UK firm prepares to lose its second Paris rainmaker this year.
Forschbach is set to join Latham’s Paris arm pending today’s vote after spending 11 years as an M&A partner in Ashurst’s Paris office. The Ashurst veteran is well known for its work with private equity clients and is viewed as one of the London firm’s leading corporate lawyers.
