Hong Kong firm secures landmark China deal

Woo Kwan Lee & Lo has become the first Hong Kong firm to secure an alliance with a Chinese law firm under a groundbreaking economic partnership agreement introduced this year.

The deal between the 78-lawyer Woo Kwan and Beijing’s Grandall Legal Group sees the two firms tie up to share office costs, resources and staff in a major move for the Asian market.
