London technology and media specialist bolsters corporate practice with rare partner hire

Bird & Bird has moved to bolster its City corporate practice with the appointment of partner Mark Pinder in a rare corporate hire for the London TMT leader.
Pinder, who established Sidley & Austin’s corporate practice in the City before joining the London arm of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher in 2001, is due to join the UK firm at the beginning of October.
