Gibson bolsters Munich with Shearman man

Gibson Dunn & Crutcher is the latest US firm to bolster its Munich arm following the hire of Shearman & Sterling partner Hans Martin Schmid.

Schmid, a tax partner with Shearman for four years, is join the California firm’s 19-lawyer Munich office in September.
