Law firms are slowly shedding their aversion to marketing, according to new research that shows leading firms gearing up for a PR blitz.

The latest Legal Week/ EJ Legal Big Question survey of more than 100 top commercial lawyers found that 98% of respondents considered marketing either ‘very important’ (52%) or ‘quite important’ (46%) to modern law firms. Just 2% of the panel felt that a marketing strategy was ‘quite unimportant’ to the success of their firms.
