Allen & Overy (A&O) is reviewing the status of its salaried partners as the London-based giant moves to shake up its system of partner pay.
Senior lawyers at the firm have told Legal Week that A&O is currently considering the case for eliminating the use of salaried partners and replacing the rank with a new senior counsel position.
