Beachcroft Wansbroughs has responded to our story on this hallowed page last week about its stand at the NHS Confederation’s annual conference.

We reported that the firm was proudly showing its wares under a banner reading “Beachcroft Wansbroughs Solcitors” (sic) prompting one Legal Week hack to jibe that marketing people find it difficult to string three words together correctly without making a mistake. The marketing department has kindly pointed out that it has “bottom upped” the problem and it was not a marketing person but a printer who had made the mistake! What is more, the said printer has written a letter taking full responsibility and apologising for any embarrassment caused.
