Norton Rose is transferring US corporate partner Richard Baumann to Hong Kong as the top 10 London firm moves to re-establish itself as a force in the Asian securities market.
Baumann has been with the firm since 2000, having joined from New York’s Davis Polk & Wardwell where he specialised in securities litigation.
