The jury in the fraud trial of Mark Belnick – Tyco’s former legal chief – has retired to consider its verdict in what promises to be the most high-profile court case against an in-house lawyer in US legal history.
The jury in the Supreme Court trial retired on 9 July after nine weeks of testimony to consider the allegations of fraud, falsifying records and grand larceny against Belnick.
