McGrigors executive board member Philip Rogers has emerged at Clyde & Co four months after resigning from the firm.

Rogers, who had been London head of corporate at accountancy-tied KLegal/McGrigor Donald, quit the firm in March with two other partners, rather than sign a new partnership agreement relaunching the firm with its links to accountants KPMG severed. Rogers was also one of the founding partners when KPMG launched its KLegal practice in 1999.
