Haarmann Hemmelrath & Partner is facing a multi-million euro claim – embroiling the German independent in one of the largest negligence claims ever levelled at a European law firm.
The claim was launched last week by Haarmanns client Werhahn Group relating to the firm’s advice on a disposal by the company’s Markische-Bau Union (MBU) division in 2001.
