White & Case Italian executive partner Alessandro Varrenti has quit the firm along with two partners to set up his own local practice, as the US giant moves to integrate the practice into its global network.
Varrenti, the US firm’s former Italian managing partner, left with local partners Andrea Rescigno and Nicola Sterbini and counsel Daniele Tani at the end of June.
