Northwest lawyers are warning that Manchester’s new £160m flagship civil court will be a flop without Government commitment to draft in more commercial judges.
Work started on a new combined civil court building last week. The new building, based in the Spin-ingfields area of the city, will have 47 courtrooms making it the largest courthouse built in Britain for more than a century.
