Taylor Wessing has hired Paul-Albert Iweins – the former president of the Paris Bar Council – who six months ago outraged the profession by claiming French companies should use local firms ahead of international rivals.
Iweins joins the Anglo-German giant from Enbona Iweins Charpentier Oltramar, the firm he was a name partner in, as the 11th partner in the firm’s Paris arm at the beginning of July.
