Ashurst finance partners Erica Handling and Sian Withey have advised Bear Stearns International in its capacity as manager and Deutsche Trustee Company as trustee in relation to a € 358.5m (£240m) collateralised debt obligation of asset-backed securities.
Simmons & Simmons has advised new client Moscow Narodowy Bank (MNB) on its investment in AIM-listed property trading company Halladale Group. Halladale raised approximately £15m through a £7.5m subscription by MNB for new ordinary shares and convertible unsecured loan stock in conjunction with a placing and open offer.
