Morgan Cole loses property star from Cardiff heartland

Troubled firm Morgan Cole has lost another partner, with rated real estate lawyer Rob James quitting the firm for a rival.

Cardiff-based James has handed in his notice to move to South Wales and East Midlands firm Edwards Geldard. Senior partner Rod Thurman confirmed that he would be joining, but said that a start date had not yet been set.
