Anger is mounting among City litigators at Government claims that commercial firms supported last month’s deal to save the controversial rank of Queen’s Counsel (QC).
City litigators are accusing the Government of using them as cover for last month’s deal to preserve the silk system – despite widespread criticism of it from commercial solicitors.
