Legal Week/ EJ Legal partner poll warns of a more aggressive approach to billing in the pipeline

Clients can expect some inflationbusting fee increases this year from their legal advisers, according to the results of a poll of leading UK partners – despite the current lull in corporate activity.
According to the findings of the latest Legal Week/ EJ Legal Big Question survey, 33% said they will increase charge-out rates by 5%-10% this year, while 6% said they will increase fees by 10%-15%.
