UK firm Travers Smith Braithwaite and US firm Faegre Benson Hobson Audley have combined to close the £166m cash sale of London Bridge Software to US suitor Fair Isaac.

Travers client London Bridge was the second UK software company to be snared by a US company in the past week, following the sale of Berkshire-based Staffware to the US’ Tibco Software. The firm has advised the client since its flotation seven years ago.
