Maitland Chambers is poised to secure a merger with 9 Old Square in a deal that will create one of the UK’s largest commercial sets.
As Legal Week went to press, 9 Old Square was due to vote on the proposed merger today (27 May) after months of talks with the 44-tenant Mait-land. A vote in favour would create one of London’s largest commercial sets with 16 silks and a total of 66 tenants.
