Liverpool-based Hill Dickinson has reported a fee income total of £40m across its four offices in Liverpool, Manchester, London and Chester.
The firm has budgeted turnover of £45m for the 2004-05 financial year. Fee income has increased from £22m in 2001. The 117- partner firm has undergone rapid expansion during the past year, including a merger with northwest commercial property specialist Bullivant Jones, which brought 18 new partners and 110 staff in total into the firm.
