The legal director of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA), Riccardo Nardi, has been asked to leave following allegations that he defrauded the organisation of more than £1m.
Nardi, a barrister by training, is accused of swindling ABTA out of £1.2m over a period of nine years.
