The UK’s top law firms have frozen newly-qualified salary rates for the third year running, with the majority of City firms committing to another year at the benchmark £50,000 level.
Magic circle firms Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Slaughter and May and Linklaters and top 10 firms Herbert Smith and Lovells have all confirmed to Legal Week they will keep the rate at £50,000.
