Slaughter and May has advised GE Real Estate on its £450m acquisition of UK property developer Benchmark.
The acquisition provides GE with a greater foothold in the UK property market and is the company’s first major UK deal since it launched an online tender system for its legal advisers to compete against each other for individual transactions.
