The Olympus DM-20 is a digital dictation machine that has all the bells and whistles. In fact, it is not really a digital dictaphone at all – more of a miniature recording studio.
The device comes in a suitably imposing James Bond-style aluminium briefcase, which is ironic considering the fact that one of its greatest selling points is its mobility. However, the machine itself is compact and smart looking. The slimline handset is about 1cm thick and 15cm tall, slipping easily into an inside pocket.
