Silicon Valley giant Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has seen a 10% hike in partner profits to reach $888,000 (£484,400), Legal Week can reveal, as the West Coast leader shows the first signs of emerging from the three-year collapse in its core tech market.

The Palo Alto-based firm saw average partner profits rise from $805,000 (£439,100) in 2002 to hit $888,000 (£484,400) last year, although revenue in 2003 dropped slightly to $382m (£208.4m), a fall of 2% from the previous year’s $387m (£211.1m).
