Withers has received the double-blow of its US arm being sued by a former client, and New York private client partner Ed Granski quitting for client UBS.
The London private client specialist’s US branch, which is locally branded as Withers Bergman, has been hit by a lawsuit claiming that name partner Stanley Bergman was unqualified to advise former client Adrienne Marsh Lefkowitz on the handling of her late father’s estate.
