White & Case has bolstered its Paris arm with the appointment of Norton Rose corporate finance partner Eric Laplante, who becomes the second French partner to quit the top 10 London firm for White & Case in as many months.
Laplante, who specialises in M&A and securities law, has been with Norton Rose since joining from Coudert Brothers’ local branch in 2001.
